Timothy G. Madison
Timothy Madison's practice concentrates on various aspects of commercial and residential real estate, real estate and business litigation, real property valuation matters (Board of Revisions and Board of Tax Appeals), lease negotiation, land and site development, commercial real estate financing, and Ohio real estate brokerage law.
Mr. Madison is a Past President of Bexley City Council, has spoken for the Ohio State Bar Association on various real estate topics, and is an approved Ohio Division Real Estate lecturer. Prior to forming Madison & Rosan, LLP, Mr. Madison was a partner in the law firm of Swedlow, Butler, Lewis, Madison, and Dye.
Mr. Madison is the proud father of five amazing children. Outside of practicing law, Mr. Madison enjoys playing many sports and coaching youth sports. Mr. Madison was and is involved in many charitable organizations including Charity Newsies, Pelotonia, the Bexley Celebrations Association, and the Bexley Education Foundation.

Kristin E. Rosan
Ms. Rosan's practice concentrates on all aspects of administrative law, general real estate law, and business litigation. She represents real estate brokerages, agents, auctioneers, and appraisers in matters relating to professional standards, contract disputes, and litigation. She serves as an administrative hearing officer for several state agencies and handles appellate reviews of administrative decisions. Her practice includes services as a real estate license law expert witness and representation in general business litigation, including breach of contract, employment, and civil rights matters. Ms. Rosan also served as the Assistant City Attorney for the City of Gahanna from January 1, 2017, to December 31, 2019.
Ms. Rosan formerly served as the Chief Legal Counsel with the Ohio Division of Real Estate and is an approved real estate continuing education instructor. Ms. Rosan frequently lectures on behalf of the Ohio State and Columbus Bar Associations on regulatory initiatives that impact the real estate, appraisal, and auctioneer professions.

Abigail N. Dalesandro
Abigail N. Dalesandro focuses her legal practice in the areas of business law and general real estate law including entity formation, contract, and commercial lease negotiation. Abi has also represented clients in civil litigation and before various administrative agencies. Prior to entering the practice of law, Abi worked in corporate compliance and risk management for a Fortune 100 company and enjoys using that experience to assist her clients with implementing their own compliance strategies.
Abi received her B.S.B.A from the Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business majoring in Finance. She graduated summa cum laude from Capital University Law School in 2013 where she was a teaching assistant in the Legal Research and Writing department, a research assistant for a property law article, and a participant in the school’s mediation clinic. Abi was admitted to the Ohio bar in 2013 and to the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio in 2020. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association.
Abi resides in Dublin with her husband and two sons. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, practicing and teaching yoga, and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Sarah Marshall
Sarah Marshall focuses her legal practice on assisting the firm with all phases of litigation. Sarah began her career as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Columbus, prosecuting domestic violence cases. Sarah formerly served as Deputy Legal Counsel for the Ohio Senate Minority Caucus. Prior to entering the practice of law, she worked as a federal contractor conducting security clearance background investigations for military and civil service employees.
Sarah received her B.A. from Ohio Valley University and M.A. from Regent University College of Law. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Capital University Law School, was admitted to the bar in 2021, and is a recent graduate of the Columbus Bar Association’s Barrister’s Leadership Program. She is also a member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and Women Lawyers of Franklin County.
